STA Pathways to Certification
Instructors: Ellen Saul, MS and Dr. Lorraine Razzi Freedle
Dates: Fridays- November 14 & December 12, 2025,
January 2, January 23, February 13, and March 6, 2026.
Time: 2-4 pm Hawaiian Time, 4-6pm Pacific, 5-7pm Mountain, 6-8pm Central, 7-9pm Eastern Time.
Cost:$150 for STA members, $195 for non-members (for the course-12 hours).
Brief description: Are you ready to write your symbol paper? Join this low-cost, six session online series sponsored by STA to support RSP and Associate Members toward certified membership. Open to STA and international members.The interactive workshop provides a practical, hands-on structure and a supportive community to help you start and complete one of the required preliminary papers for certification. We look forward to seeing you there!
Workshops will meet for six sessions, two hours/each, every two to three weeks, beginning in November 14, 2025.
Pre-requisites: Sandplay process work and training in Kalffian sandplay therapy.
Curriculum:
November 14, 2025 – Introductions, structure, personal connection to your symbol.
December 12, 2025 – Experiential connection with your symbol
January 2, 2026 – Jungian connections to your symbol
January 23, 2026 – Natural history of your symbol, writing process
February 13, 2026 – Mythology, fairy tales, conclusions
March 6, 2026 – Completing your paper and getting it read.
